INFORMATION & MATERIALS / UPDATED 10 OCT 2026

Care for the work. Care for the materials.

This notice covers initial inquiries through this website. Handling arrangements for project materials are agreed separately before collaboration.

01 / What the inquiry collects

The initial inquiry collects a name, email, service type, non-sensitive summary, language, submission time, and consent record. Files are not accepted. Do not include patient information, identifiable research data, unauthorized materials, or confidential details.

02 / How the information is used

Information is used to assess and discuss this inquiry, not to enroll you in marketing. This website installs no advertising or analytics tracking. The hosting provider may process basic access and security logs. Inquiry information is held in the hosting service’s database; hosting infrastructure may be outside your region. Do not use this form for materials with residency restrictions.

03 / Access and retention

Inquiry records are accessible to the authorized site operator, with no public retrieval endpoint. Records receive a 90-day expiry; expired records are removed on subsequent submissions or manually by the operator. This is not a promise of deletion at an exact instant. Abuse prevention uses daily hashed contact or network identifiers; raw IP addresses are not stored in the inquiry database.

04 / Correction or deletion

Use the inquiry link below to make a privacy request, including your original reference and the same contact email. B2R will verify your identity before correcting or deleting a record. Do not resubmit sensitive materials in the request.

05 / Unpublished research

Before any source files are exchanged, authorization, confidentiality, transfer method, retention, and scope must be agreed separately. An initial inquiry does not constitute a confidentiality agreement or a project engagement.

06 / Examples and scientific boundaries

The website’s artwork is original AI-assisted conceptual imagery. Demonstration data is explicitly simulated. Neither represents real experiments, customer outcomes, or scientific validation. Researchers retain responsibility for evidence-based conclusions. B2R does not provide clinical diagnosis.
